1.0 out of 5 stars.  Waste of money :(, September 19, 2016

The cutting wheel does not stay tight on the arbor. I even added another washer to get it tighter but it still does not hold the blade tight enough :(

Sadly I did not use it right away and the 30 day return window has passed.
I'll get the next one at Harbor Freight. At least that way I'd still be able to return it.

I highly recommend skipping this product.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  I purchased this to cut aluminum arrow shafts to length ..., March 06, 2016

I purchased this to cut aluminum arrow shafts to length..
Just for my personal use , not retailing .
I have been using it for maybe 60 nights for a few minutes each time
Today 3/5/16 I decided to get a few 300aac cases made up from the 223's I have saved and about 20 minutes into it the Motor flashed and the circuit breaker popped... It's dead. Bearings are seized and it isn't worth trying to fix...

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Works like a charm, January 25, 2016

Purchased this to cut small brass tubes. Works like a charm. So far I am very pleased with it. It could be a lot of things but for the price it's perfect.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great product for the price, January 24, 2016

Good product for the price. Works well so far and have cut approximately 200 brass cases up to this point. No frills cutoff tool and not for use in a commercial, high output capacity. Great for a DIY setup for moderate use. Requires time to cool off between use but can easily cut 50-100 brass cases at one setting. Have no reason to believe this saw won't last for many years if used correctly.

What's important here is that it works. Nice restful sleep and no fuzzy head feel on waking!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Probably the best $10 I ever spent for my hobby shop!, January 23, 2016
By mike
My local hardware store had one of these sitting on the shelf for a couple of years. I looked at it many times but neither I or any of the store employees could ever find a price for it. Finally, one Saturday morning when I stopped in, John-the store owner-came up to me carrying this saw-in its box with the paperwork- and said he'd sell it to me for $10!

It's gotten a lot of use since that day and I absolutely love it! I use it to cut brass and aluminum tubing which I then turn into scale models of truck and race car chassis as well as various types of trailers. I also use it to cut small strips of pine to length for the floors of some of my trailers. It works great for my hobby. I've had to replace the blade a couple of times and the belt once but that's because of how much I use the saw. I can now make all the cuts I need to build a trailer or chassis in a fraction of the time it used to take.

I like this saw so much that last night I purchased a mini table saw (from Amazon) for cutting sheets for the walls of enclosed trailers. I used to do that by hand too. When it arrives and is set up, I'll post a review of that too.
